BeDelivered is for people who need projects to be thought through, structured well and managed with clear visibility once real execution begins.
The organising model
The public language of the product should use five linked disciplines:
- Planning determines what must be done, how it will be done and what depends on what.
- Scheduling breaks objectives into activities, assigns ownership and places work in time.
- Executing manages the real work and variation against plan or schedule.
- Measuring captures actual performance against both plan and schedule.
- Improving identifies how future variation can be reduced.
Supporting methods
The product can reference methods such as Theory of Constraints, Objective Mapping, Critical Path and Critical Chain, but those should support the story rather than dominate it.
